How does it work?
Point your domain at our servers and tell us where it should redirect, and we handle the rest. We obtain a certificate for your domain, configure and install it automatically, and take care of the renewal process, so there is nothing else to worry about.
What if I don't know how to update my DNS?
DNS can be confusing. Our Pro plan includes hands-off DNS setup, and for a small fee we can update your domain's DNS records to point at our servers for you. Just contact us for assistance.
How do you obtain your certificates?
We use Let's Encrypt, the widely trusted certificate authority, to obtain a secure certificate for your domain.
Why do I need HTTPS if all I'm doing is redirecting?
You might not need to. Our service helps when an old domain is linked elsewhere on the internet over HTTPS, or when you want to avoid visitors hitting a warning after typing the secure version of your domain. Browsers also increasingly try HTTPS first.
Do subdomains count as a separate domain?
Yes, with the exception of www. Each subdomain counts towards your domain limit, and the www subdomain is included at no additional charge.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan covers one domain with an HTTPS redirect and a free certificate, and never asks for a credit card.
